COUTURE- FIT & FINISH
We invest a lot of time & love into our commissions, from attaining the perfect fit through to the many hours of hand finishing that go in to a wedding dress.
Our gowns are made-to-measure for each client; working with both measurements & by eye to ensure your gown is cut to fit your individual contours & showcase them perfectly.
Every detail of your gown is crafted with the utmost care and exquisite detail in our UK studio. Our gowns are hand cut and sewn from bespoke patterns and adorned with beautiful details like hand-painted lace and stunning beading work.
DESIGN: AS PRACTICAL AS IT IS BEAUTIFUL
We pride ourselves on our gown designs being as clever as they are beautiful.
Since the brand’s inception, most of the gowns we create are made as separates to both attain a better fit & so our clients can wear them more than once; if not as a complete gown but as a corset with a trouser suit, a different skirt or with another piece to create a second wedding look.
Over the years, where possible, we’ve built even more individualised practicality & comfort into the structure of our client’s gowns; be it a pocket or detachable straps & sleeves, cotton hooped skirts to keep client’s cooler or making it easy to break down a voluminous ballgown into something that can be put into the hold of a plane – all without compromising the beauty of the design.

We take the time to meet & get to know our brides & by working one to one, from start to finish, we ensure truly unique dresses which reflect your personality and style.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Consultations typically last 2-4 hours & involve an outline discussion about the client’s initial ideas at the beginning of the consultation, followed by trying on sample designs & viewing fabrics, with a more in depth design & sketching session at the end.
We suggest customers come with their hair & make-up done, so they can get a better feel for how they would look on the day. Customers may wish to bring clean shoes with a heel the height they plan to wear & a robe to slip on.
We ask that to keep the design consultation productive & focused, customers bring no more than two people with them- we suggest people who will be supportive & honest in their feedback. Please do not bring children (with the exception of feeding babies) or animals (with the exception of assistance dogs).
Our design studio is based in Bedfordshire, in the UK with direct links via Thameslink from Kings Cross, London (35 minutes), the M1 & close to London Luton Airport with good train links to London Gatwick.
OVERSEAS CLIENTS
We can accommodate overseas clients, either by fast tracking several fittings over a few days to cut down on the number of trips to the UK a client needs to make or (subject to a fee, flights & expenses being paid) we will fly to you for both consultations & fittings.
We do not work via measurements & sending toiles.
