Dimensions of each piece are listed in centimeters as height x width at base x width at top, point to point.

DELIVERY:

Pieces are made to order & take 4-6 weeks. If you require a quick turn around, please email us to check we can accommodate you before purchasing.

SHIPPING:

Free shipping to UK & N. Ireland via Royal Mail Special Delivery (insured).

UPS shipping with insurance elsewhere. *Shipping will likely vary between 2 & 4 working days depending on location.

Contents & value will be stated in the accompanying documents & buyers are responsible for any import duties & taxes.

CANCELLATION:

In the unfortunate event of cancellation by the buyer, payment is automatically forfeit.

RETURNS:

Returns are not accepted due to pieces being made to order unless the items are faulty or not as ordered. In such an event please contact us within 7 working days of delivery & email images of the problem to: chantal@chantalmallett.com.

DAMAGES:

Chantal Mallett accessories are fine but strong, they can be damaged if crushed, squashed or handled heavily / dropped but will not be damaged though normal handling. If an item has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 working days of delivery so that we may ship out a replacement as soon as possible &  email images of the damage to: chantal@chantalmallett.com &  so that we can submit a claim to the carriers.

The copyright of all sketches & accessory designs shall be retained by Chantal Mallett, the reproduction of any design in whole or in part is in breach of copyright law & legal action will follow. Chantal Mallett owns all copyrights, the right to display, publish, exhibit, enter for competition, any accessory/image/design element.

FORCE MAJURE:

The performance of this contract is subject to alteration or cancellation by Chantal Mallett, owing to exceptional circumstances (such as bodily incapacitation or inadvertent death). If we are forced to cancel your order, you will be notified & refunded in full, as soon as we are able.
